Dillon Surman, Owner and CEO of ARO-AVI, brings over a decade of experience in the telecom and audiovisual industry. Before founding ARO-AVI, Dillon built his career designing and delivering AV solutions for a wide range of clients, gaining hands-on expertise that drives the company’s success today. Before entering the audiovisual industry, Dillon served as an NCO and Field Radio Operator in the United States Marine Corps. That background instilled in him the values of reliability, integrity, and service—qualities that remain at the heart of ARO-AVI’s work today.
